By accessing or using Zoober ("Platform"), including the Zoober Store App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Platform.

2. Definitions

  • "User" refers to anyone accessing the Zoober Platform, including customers and businesses.
  • "Merchant" refers to businesses listing their products or services on Zoober.
  • "Customer" refers to individuals purchasing or booking services through Zoober.
  • "Services" refer to the listing, browsing, ordering, and booking functionalities provided by Zoober.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Zoober. By using Zoober, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

4. Services Offered

Zoober connects customers with local businesses for ordering products and booking services. Merchants are responsible for fulfilling orders and appointments, including product quality and delivery.

5. Account Registration

Users must provide accurate details when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

6. Payments and Transactions

Currently, all transactions are cash on delivery (COD), and merchants handle payment collection. Zoober does not process or hold payments.

7. Merchant Responsibilities

  • Maintain product and service quality.
  • Ensure timely fulfillment of orders and bookings.
  • Address customer complaints promptly. Repeated complaints may result in delisting.

8. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate delivery and booking details.
  • Accept deliveries and honor bookings as scheduled.
  • Use the Platform responsibly and avoid fraudulent activities.

9. Order and Booking Cancellations

Merchants may cancel an order due to stock unavailability or other business reasons. Customers may cancel orders before fulfillment; repeated cancellations may result in account restrictions.

10. Platform Analytics and Insights

Zoober provides merchants with insights, such as customer visits to their store pages. However, Zoober does not guarantee any specific level of customer engagement or sales.

11. Data Privacy

Your data is handled as per our Privacy Policy. By using Zoober, you consent to data collection necessary for platform functionality.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on Zoober, including branding, trademarks, and software, is the property of Voltvave Innovations Private Limited and cannot be used without permission.

13. Prohibited Activities

  • Engage in fraudulent transactions.
  • Misrepresent business information.
  • Use Zoober for illegal activities.
  • Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform.

14. Limitation of Liability

Zoober acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for merchant services, product quality, delivery, or disputes between users.

15. Termination and Suspension

We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or engage in unethical practices.

16. Changes to Terms

Zoober reserves the right to update these Terms. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
